Technique
- Start in a forearm plank with the elbows under the shoulders.
- Place one hand flat where the elbow was and press up, then the other hand, to reach a high plank.
- Lower one forearm and then the other back to the forearm plank.
- Change the leading arm every few reps.
Cues
- Keep the hips as still as possible while the arms move.
- Set your feet wider if the hips rock too much.
- Move at a controlled tempo.
Common mistakes
- Swaying the hips side to side.
- Always leading with the same arm.
- Letting the hips drop as you step down.
