Technique
- Start in a standard push-up position.
- Do one push-up.
- Walk your hands a short step to one side while your feet pivot, so your body turns like a clock hand.
- Do another push-up in the new position.
- Keep stepping and pressing until you have made a full circle, then go the other way.
Cues
- Keep the feet as the center point of the circle.
- Stay rigid from head to heels while the hands move.
- Take small, even steps.
Common mistakes
- Letting the hips sag while walking the hands.
- Shortening the depth of the push-ups as you tire.
- Only ever turning in one direction.
