Technique
- Set an adjustable bench to a low incline and lie face down on it, a dumbbell in each hand.
- Raise the upper arms beside your torso, elbows bent to about 90 degrees.
- Straighten both arms back until fully extended.
- Bend the elbows slowly to return.
Cues
- Keep your chest on the pad.
- Keep the upper arms still.
Common mistakes
- Lifting the chest to swing the weights.
- Letting the elbows drop.
