## Technique

1. Stand tall with feet hip-width apart.
2. Hinge at the hips and set your palms down on the floor ahead of your feet.
3. Walk the hands forward until you are in a long plank.
4. Hold for a moment, then walk the hands back toward your feet.
5. Stand up and repeat.

### Cues

- Brace your abs when you are in the long plank.
- Take slow steps and keep the feet in place.
- Bend the knees if the hamstrings are tight.

### Common mistakes

- Letting the hips sag.
- Walking out so far that the lower back arches.
- Rushing through the reps.
