## Technique

1. Clip a single handle to a high pulley, face the stack and grip the handle with your palm turned up.
2. Keep the elbow pinned to your side with the forearm roughly parallel to the floor.
3. Push the handle down until the arm is fully straight.
4. Let the hand rise slowly back to the start.

### Cues

- Keep the shoulder still and the elbow at your side.
- Keep the wrist straight.

### Common mistakes

- Letting the elbow slide forward.
- Twisting the torso to move the weight.
- Using too much weight for the underhand grip.
