## Technique

1. Place both hands on a stability ball, shoulder width apart, and walk the feet back into a straight plank.
2. Brace the abs and glutes and press the ball lightly to steady it.
3. Lower the chest toward the ball under control.
4. Press up and keep the ball from rolling.

### Cues

- Keep the ball still with steady, equal pressure.
- Set your feet wider apart if the ball feels wobbly.

### Common mistakes

- Letting the ball roll sideways.
- Letting the hips sag or the lower back arch.
- Rushing the reps.
