## Technique

1. Start in a push-up position with your shins on top of the ball and hands under your shoulders.
2. Brace your abs and hold a long, straight plank from shoulders to heels.
3. Pull your knees toward your chest, rolling the ball forward under your feet.
4. Extend your legs back to the plank position without letting your hips sag.

### Cues

- Lift the hips slightly as the knees come in.
- Keep the shoulders stacked over the hands.
- Move slowly to keep the ball from drifting sideways.

### Common mistakes

- Letting the lower back sag when the legs extend.
- Shifting the shoulders far behind the hands.
- Rushing the reps and losing balance.
