## Technique

1. Sit on the floor with knees bent, lean back to about 45 degrees with a long spine and hands clasped in front of you.
2. Keep your feet down, or lift them slightly for more challenge.
3. Rotate your torso to one side so your hands move beside the hip.
4. Rotate to the other side in a smooth, controlled rhythm.

### Cues

- Turn the whole ribcage, not just the arms.
- Keep the chest lifted and the back long.

### Common mistakes

- Rounding the lower back.
- Moving the arms without turning the ribs.
- Going too fast and losing control.
