## Technique

1. Start in a high plank with hands under the shoulders and the body in a straight line.
2. Drive one knee toward your chest.
3. Switch legs quickly, as if running in place, keeping the hips level.
4. Continue at a steady pace for time or reps.

### Cues

- Keep the shoulders stacked over the wrists.
- Brace the abs so the hips do not bounce.
- Slow it down to focus on control; speed it up for conditioning.

### Common mistakes

- Raising the hips into a pike.
- Letting the hips sag.
- Bouncing the feet with short, sloppy steps.
