## Technique

1. Wedge the end of a barbell into a landmine post or corner and load the other end.
2. Kneel on the knee on the same side as the pressing arm, the other foot flat in front, and hold the bar end at the shoulder.
3. Press the bar up and forward along its arc until the arm is almost straight.
4. Lower slowly to the shoulder.

### Cues

- Squeeze the glute of the kneeling leg to stay tall.
- Let the shoulder blade move forward at the top.

### Common mistakes

- Leaning back or twisting to finish the rep.
- Letting the ribs flare.
- Pushing the bar straight up instead of along its arc.
