# Clock Push-Up

- Helps: Deltoid, Serratus Anterior
- Holds: Rectus Abdominis, External Oblique, Internal Oblique

## Technique

1. Start in a standard push-up position.
2. Do one push-up.
3. Walk your hands a short step to one side while your feet pivot, so your body turns like a clock hand.
4. Do another push-up in the new position.
5. Keep stepping and pressing until you have made a full circle, then go the other way.

### Cues

- Keep the feet as the center point of the circle.
- Stay rigid from head to heels while the hands move.
- Take small, even steps.

### Common mistakes

- Letting the hips sag while walking the hands.
- Shortening the depth of the push-ups as you tire.
- Only ever turning in one direction.
