## Technique

1. Anchor a band low at the side and loop it around the ankle nearest to it, standing side-on and holding a support.
2. Lift the foot slightly and pull the leg across in front of the standing leg.
3. Return slowly to the start; finish the set and switch legs.

### Cues

- Keep the torso upright and still.
- Control the band on the way back.

### Common mistakes

- Leaning away to swing the leg.
- Letting the band snap the leg back.
